Join Feel Your Best Self to explore how your family can incorporate simple, emotion-coping strategies in a joyful and fun way into your daily routine. Learn about the free online FYBS toolkit, which includes fun puppet videos, strategy cards, discussion tip sheets and more! Caregivers and kids will then make their very own hand puppet friend to practice the strategies and explore big feelings.
This FREE event, co-sponsored by Mansfield Youth Services, will take place in the Buchanan Auditorium at the Mansfield Public Library (54 Warrenville Rd, Mansfield Center, CT 06250) from 4-5pm. Seats are limited, pre-registration is required.
As this is a co-learning experience, minors must be accompanied by adults.
